laffertyreports.com("the website") is owned by Lafferty Limited ("Lafferty Ltd"; "we"; "us"; "our") which is for the purposes of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 ('the Act') the Data Controller and is situated at One Lyric Square, London W6 ONB, England. The Act gives United Kingdom users the right to access information that is held about them. Any access request may be subject to a fee of up to £15.00 sterling to meet Lafferty Ltd's administration costs in providing details of the information that Lafferty Ltd holds about the requesting user.
Lafferty Ltd operates the website located at the URL www.laffertyreports.com which is an online resource for critical market intelligence on retail banking, cards and payments and merchant services, hereinafter referred to as the "Lafferty Ltd Services". This policy applies to a "Visitor" (which means a person who browses the website, but is not a member) or a "Member" (which means a person who has been accepted by Lafferty Ltd as a subscriber to the website). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member.
As part of the registration process for the website, prospective members will complete an enquiry form which requests personal information, including such things as:

  • Last name of the Member;
  • Email address;
  • Company Name and Job Title;
  • Telephone Number.

Other Information Submitted by Members to Lafferty Ltd
Lafferty Ltd collects Member-submitted account information such as name and e-mail address, to identify Members and send notifications related to the use of and promotion of the website and other Lafferty Ltd Services. For our service to be of most benefit to you we may be asked to share confirm or disclose data items such as your location by another Member or a Partner Site (as defined in our Terms and Conditions) jointly referred to as Lafferty Ltd Users. All such data will be communicated always subject to our agreements with Lafferty Ltd Users.

We limit the access to this information to those employees who need access to perform their job function such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Changes in Our Privacy Policy
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the websites so Members and other Users of Lafferty Ltd websites are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we are going to use Members' or other Users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify those Members and users via e-mail or by placing a prominent notice on the websites.
